A written statement of recommended usage of the proceeds available based on the investment and spending policy of the Endowment Fund can be included with a donation of this size or larger. The recommended usage must fit within the operating guidelines as noted below. As of January 24, 2008, the Alumni Endowment Fund is $506,326.31. Thank you for your dedication to Adventist education! ![]() DistributionsThe endowment has been able to give out scholarships for several years as well as funds designated for faculty and staff development.Operating GuidelinesThe Endowment Board focuses on investing the money. Unless the provider of funds has provided recommendations on the use of the funds, annually the Alumni Board specifies how the funds will be spent. To date the focus has been on student scholarships.The by-laws state that the corporation has been formed to engage in the following:
