Sunday and Monday, March 14 and 15, 2010

We are eagerly anticipating your arrival on our beautiful 379 acre coastal campus. Much time and energy has gone into this event with you in mind. We hope that after spending time with us you will join our MBA family. For potential dorm students arriving Sunday, March 14
  • Registration/Dorm Check-In 2:00-4:30p (campus and dorm tours)
  • Dinner 4:30-5:15p, evening activities 5:45-9:30p
For potential local day students arriving Monday, March 15
  • Registration 7:30-8:00a Grunke Hall (administrator building) Entrance
  • Worship and Announcements 8:00-8:45a (Baker Chapel)
  • Event will conclude around 3:30p

Things You Need To Know

Financial Incentive
  • $100 application fee will be waived for those who turn in a completed application during Academy Days.
  • Academy Days guests will be given first consideration for Financial Aid and Scholarships.
  • We will help with travel expenses, where possible and most needed, for those bringing prospective students to Academy Days. Contact Nathan Henderson for more information.
Everyone
  • This event is absolutely free! Just relax and enjoy everything MBA has to offer.
  • Meals are provided - your name badge you receive at registration will serve as your meal ticket.
Students
  • You will be staying in a dorm room with an MBA student so remember to bring your bedding (sleeping bag & pillow), toiletries, towel, casual clothes, athletic clothes, etc. (except for those coming Monday only).
  • Bring your instrument if you want to audition for a Performance Award Scholarship.
  • Be prepared to make new friends and have fun!
Parents/Guardians
  • We encourage you to attend and participate in all the events. We have a Seasick Parents Meeting Monday morning where a Financial Aid workshop will be given and other common questions and concerns will be addressed by our Boys/Girls Deans and Administration.
  • You have the option of staying off campus Sunday night in close proximity. We have a special rate at the Red Roof Inn for just $55.99 a night. Use group number: B516ACADAM when making reservation. Rooms must be reserved by February 28, 2010 (after February 28 the rate will be $79.99 a night).

School Group/Church Group Sponsors
  • Adult chaperones bringing large groups of students should plan to stay on campus.
